Provincial Nominee Programs

Mercan Canada Employment Philippines. Inc.

No two provinces in Canada are the same. Each has its own niche and its own economic needs, out of which each unique Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) was designed for potential immigrants.

A PNP is an immigration program, developed by each provincial government except for Quebec, where qualified individuals are granted a Nomination Certificate to apply for Canadian Permanent Residence.

These programs were designed to address the specific needs of the province. The selection criteria for each PNP are mainly based on the province’s economic vacancies and the applicant’s potential ability to settle, work, contribute to the community, and integrate into Canadian living.
